The Military Pensions Act, 1976 (Act No. 84 of 1976), has been updated with Determination of Amounts for the purposes of this Act 2023, as per Notice No. R.4211 of GG49937, dated 22 December 2023.

 

The Marine Living Resources Act, 1998 (Act No. 18 of 1998), has been updated with Amendments to Regulations under Notice No. R. 1111 of 1998: Regulations in terms of the Marine Living Resources Act, 1998, as per Notice No. 4203 of GG49889, dated 14 December 2023.

 

The Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995), has been updated with Bargaining Councils accredited by the CCMA, as per Notice No. 2211 of GG49791, dated 1 December 2023.

 

The Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No.56 of 2003), has been updated with Amendments to Regulations 1, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19 and 35 of the Municipal Supply Chain Management Regulations, 2005 under N868 of 2005, as per Notice No. 4198 of GG49863, dated 14 December 2023.

The Legal Practice Act, 2014 (Act No. 28 of 2014), has been updated with Amendments to the Regulations under Notice R.1183 of 2018 – Amendment of Rules – Deletion of C21(PIII), Insertion of C2A (PII) not (PI), as per Notice No. 2235 of GG49833 dated 8 December 2023.

 

The Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2002), has been updated with the Classification of a Provincial Disaster in terms of Section 23 of the Act: Impact of Severe Weather in the Free State, as per Notice No. 4231 of GG49952 dated 22 December 2023.

 

The Competition Act, 1998 (Act No. 89 of 1998), has been updated with a Notice in terms of Section 43B(4)(b) of the Competition Act No. 89 of 1998 (As Amended): South African Petroleum Industry Association granted Conditional Exemption, as per Notice No. 4199 of GG49863 dated 14 December 2023.

The Project and Construction Management Professions Act, 2000 (Act No. 48 of 2000), has been updated with Fees and Charges for the financial year 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 in terms of the Act, as per Board Notice 525 of GG49822 dated 5 December 2023.

 

The Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), has been updated with Single Maximum National Retail Price for Illuminating Paraffin, as per Notice No. R.4149 of GG49823 dated 5 December 2023.

 

The Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, 1996 (Act No. 47 of 1996), has been updated with the Establishment of Statutory Measure – Registration of Producers, Processors, Importers and Exporters of Pecan Nuts and Pecan Nut Products, as per Notice No. R.4133 of GG49792, dated 1 December 2023.

 

The Immigration Act 2002, (Act No. 13 of 2002), has been updated with the Ministers Immigration Directive No. 4 of 2023 – Implementation of the decision in respect of Granting Exemptions to Zimbabwean Nationals in terms of Section 31(2)(b) of the Act, as per Notice No. 4142 of G49814 dated 4 December 2023.

 

The Firearms Control Act, 2000 (Act No. 60 of 2000) has been updated with a Notice in terms of Section 136(1) of the Act, as per Notice No. 4145 of GG49817 dated 4 December 2023.

 

The Customs and Excise Act, 1964 (Act No. 91 of 1964), has been updated with Amendment of Rules – Rule 64E.01, 64E.05, 64E.06, 64E.08, 64E.11, 64E.14 and 64E.15, insertion of Rule 64E.11A, and Repeal of Form DA186 with effect from 8 December 2023, as per Notice No. R.4135 of GG49792 dated 1 December 2023.

 

The Competition Act, 1998 (Act No. 89 of 1998), has been updated with an Extension of the Conditional Exemption granted to the National Hospital Network, as per Notice No. 4126 of GG49791 dated 1 December 2023.

The Criminal Procedure Act, 1977 (Act No. 51 of 1977), has been updated with a Declaration of Peace Officers in terms of Section 334 of the Act: Investigators for the Investigating Directorate, as per Notice No. 4115 of GG49772 dated 24 November 2023.

The Tax Administration Act, 2011 (Act No. 28 of 2011), has been updated with the Amendment of clause 4.2 of Notice 3631 of 30 June 2023 – Returns of Information to be Submitted by Third Parties in terms of Section 26 of the Act, as per Notice No. 4051 of GG49646 dated 10 November 2023.

 

The Prescribed Rate of Interest Act, 1975 (Act No. 55 of 1975) has been updated with the Withdrawal of Notice R.2378 of 2022 and new Prescribed rate of interest as from 1 July 2023, as per Notice No. 4075, GG49720, dated 17 November 2023.

The Auditing Profession Act, 2005 (Act No. 26 of 2005), has been updated with the Adoption of the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board's (IAASB) 2022 Handbook of International Quality Management, Auditing, Review, other Assurance, and related services pronouncements in terms of the Act, as amended, as per Board Notice 509 of GG49720, dated 17 November 2023.
