In terms of section 13 of the Financial Sector and Deposit Insurance Levies Act, 2022 (Act No. 11 of 2022 - "the Act"), I, Enoch Godongwana, Minister of Finance, determine that—
| (a) | the Act, except the provisions referred to in paragraph (b), takes effect on 1 April 2023; and |
| (b) | section 9 of, and Schedule 6 to, the Act take effect on 1 April 2024. |
