I, E Godongwana, Minister of Finance, acting in terms of the Division of Revenue Act, 2022 (Act No. 5 of 2022), officially approve a departure from the framework for the Provincial Emergency Housing Grant.
As required by section 35 of the 2022 Division of Revenue Act, notice is hereby given regarding the details of additions to purpose of the grant the framework:
| 1. | Provision of a Rental Assistance Scheme. |
| 2. | Establishment of Transitional Emergency Accommodation. |
