I, Mr Fikile Mbalula the Minister of Transport under section 100 (1) of the Civil Aviation Act, 2009 (Act No. 13 of 2009) makes the following Ministerial Orders that:
| (1) | The Civil Aviation Authority shall allow the foreign operators who's permit expired and has submitted renewal application to operate until further notice or until the International Air Services Council is appointed which ever come first. |
| (2) | The Civil Aviation Authority shall allow the non-scheduled operators that submitted application and the Civil Aviation Authority is satisfied with the safety operation to operate until further notice or the International Air Services Council is appointed which ever come first. |
This order shall remain in force until replaced by a subsequent order or until the International Air Services Council is appointed.
